The Begical flange insert*2 included in this set will reduce the 24mm shield nipple tunnel down to 17mm. It is made by Begical and is BPA free, made of silicone material. It is important to note that the size refers to the beginning of the tunnel, not the end. It is recommended to measure after installation, as the silicone material is soft and may shift during use.
