To ensure pumping comfort, it is important to measure your nipple diameter after a pumping session. Once measured, refer to the size selector in this listing to find a flange that is 1-2 mm larger than your nipple diameter for optimal comfort during pumping.

There are notable enhancements in Maymom's flange design in comparison to the original Spectra design. First, you can utilize Maymom’s duckbills or its valve/membrane system along with their flanges, in addition to the standard Spectra duckbills. Second, the flanges are compatible not only with Spectra's backflow protector but also with Maymom's long stem and short stem backflow protectors. Furthermore, a Maymom tubing connector (available separately, e.g., ASIN B0033B9CZ2) allows you to link the Maymom flange to various other popular breast pumps on the market.
