For optimal pumping comfort, it is recommended to measure your nipple diameter after a pumping session. After obtaining this measurement, refer to the size selector in this listing to choose a flange that is 1-2 mm larger than your measured nipple diameter.

Maymom’s flanges have received updates compared to the original Spectra design. Firstly, they allow the use of both Spectra's duckbills and Maymom's duckbills or valve/membrane systems with the Maymom flange. Secondly, the Maymom flange is compatible not only with Spectra's backflow protector but also with Maymom's long and short stem backflow protectors. Additionally, you have the option to use a Maymom tubing connector (sold separately, for example, ASIN B0033B9CZ2) to connect the Maymom flange to various popular breast pumps available on the market.
