These cushions are specifically designed to be compatible with both spectra and Medela breast pumps that utilize a 24mm flange. Please note that these cushions do not fit the new Medela oval flange of the same size or the Spectra caracups.

Product Details: The package contains two 15mm Begical Massage Cushions, which effectively reduce the diameter of a 24mm nipple tunnel down to 15mm. While they are compatible with Spectra and Baby Buddha breast pump shields, please be aware that they do not fit the Spectra caracup 24mm flange.

Carefully push the inner part of the cushion inward as far as it can go, ensuring a perfect seal around the rim of the flange.
