Maymom 19 mm inserts are compatible with most 24 mm shields. They will reduce the 24-mm shield nipple tunnel down to 19 mm, providing a great solution for small-nippled mothers using Medela Freestyle Flex, Medela Sonata, Medela Swing-Maxi, Pump in style, Pump in Style with MaxFlow pumps, and Medela Hands-free Cup(24 mm). They are BPA free and made of food-contact grade silicone material, ensuring they are safe for babies and mothers. They are also a great solution for small-nippled mothers using Spectra and Medela Freestyle, Harmony, Sonata, and Swing-Maxi pumps. Proper nipple tunnel fit is essential for comfort and efficient milk output. They are compatible with Elvie wearable breastpump and Motif Luna and Amada Mya and Mya Pro 24mm flange but NOT Mya Joy. Please note that because the ID of the Motif Luna and Ameda Mya flange shaft is smaller, you will need a little extra force to install/remove Maymom inserts into/off the shaft. However, they are not compatible with the Ameda 25 mm Purely Yours Flange or Mya Joy. In this case, buy the long version of the Maymom inserts.
